Overview

Felonious Intent ("we," "our," or "the Platform") provides an online dating service for adults. By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

To use Felonious Intent, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • Not be prohibited from using dating or social networking services under applicable law.
  • Not have a prior account terminated by Felonious Intent for violation of these Terms.

Felonious Intent is not available to persons registered as sex offenders in any jurisdiction. This restriction will be further defined in the final terms after legal review.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

You may not share your account, transfer your account to another person, or create accounts on behalf of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation of other members.
  • Solicitation of money, gifts, or financial favors from other members.
  • Impersonating another person or creating a misleading profile.
  • Uploading content that is illegal, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the Platform without authorization.
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access data beyond your permissions.
  • Using the Platform to facilitate any illegal activity.

Criminal History Disclosure Policy

Felonious Intent is designed around voluntary, self-reported criminal history disclosures. The following governs how this information is treated:

  • You are never required to disclose criminal history to create an account.
  • Disclosures you make are shared only as you direct within your profile settings.
  • We do not independently verify any self-reported history.
  • Intentional material misrepresentation of your background violates these Terms and may result in account termination.
  • You may update or remove disclosed information at any time from your account settings.

Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or transmit content that:

  • Is sexually explicit without appropriate consent verification mechanisms in place (to be defined in final terms).
  • Depicts minors in any inappropriate context.
  • Promotes violence, illegal activity, or hate.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or deceptive content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, behavior that we determine harms the community or the Platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Felonious Intent does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful content. We do not independently verify member representations. We are not responsible for the conduct of members on or off the Platform.
